- Brand and company information — brand names, websites, descriptions, competitors, keywords, and prompt libraries you input for GEO analysis.
- Audit and crawl data — website URLs you submit for GEO Audits, Competitor Benchmarks, Site Crawls, and SXO Audits, together with the generated reports and scores.
- Dashboard metrics — performance figures you enter manually, or that are retrieved from your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts when you choose to connect them.
- Usage data — technical information about how you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used) to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. Google Analytics & Search Console Connection
If you use the optional "Connect GA/GSC" feature in the Dashboard module:
- Authorization uses Google's OAuth 2.0 with read-only scopes (Analytics read-only and Search Console read-only).
- Access tokens are held only in your browser session and are never stored on our servers.
- Only your selected GA4 property ID, Search Console site URL, and the resulting aggregated metric values (e.g. traffic percentages, monthly session counts, average CTR) are saved to your workspace.
- You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard settings, which removes the stored selection, and you may additionally revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our GEO/SEO/AIO auditing, brand-visibility simulation, and dashboard services;
- Generate AI-assisted analyses (e.g. brand perception, gap analysis, and content recommendations) based on the brand data you supply;
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests;
- Monitor and protect the security and integrity of the platform.
5. AI Processing
Some features send the brand information and prompts you provide to large language model (LLM) providers to simulate how AI systems perceive your brand. We only transmit the data needed for the requested analysis, and we do not sell your data to any third party.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The platform is served over HTTPS, sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies, and data is stored on globally distributed, encrypted infrastructure.

We retain your workspace data (brands, audits, reports, metrics) for as long as your access to the platform remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of specific records or your entire workspace at any time.
