1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Policy ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the H+ GEO/AIO Suite platform at hplusindonesiageo.com (the "Service"), operated by H+ (Digital Growth Engine). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), SEO, and AI Optimization (AIO) platform comprising:
- Module 01 — Diagnose: GEO Audit, Competitor Benchmark, Site Crawl, and SXO Audit tools;
- Module 02 — Build: brand setup, prompt management, AI brand-perception simulation, gap analysis, and content studio;
- Module 03 — Dashboard: traffic & visibility, AI citation & entity, conversion & retention, and technical health tracking, with optional Google Analytics / Search Console integration.
3. Accounts & Access
Access to the platform is gated and provided on an authorized basis. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials issued to you and for all activity that occurs under your session. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion to protect the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Run audits or crawls against websites you do not own or lack authorization to analyze in a manner that violates applicable law or the target site's terms;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content;
- Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our prior written consent.
5. AI-Generated Content & Insights
The Service uses large language models to simulate AI perception, identify gaps, and generate content recommendations. AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary between runs; they are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use or publication.
6. Third-Party Services
Optional integrations (such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console) are governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services or data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by H+ and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the brand data and content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Reports and analyses generated for your brands are yours to use for your business purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of audit scores, or uninterrupted availability. Search-engine and AI-platform behavior changes frequently; we do not guarantee any specific visibility, ranking, or business outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, H+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
